Pumpkin Smoothie

Healthy, Yummy, Source of Protein!

Ingredients:

1 Cup Almon Milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
2 Frozen Bananas
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 TSP Pumpkin Pie Seasoning
2-3 Drops doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend
1 Cup Ice

Tip: For a vegan recipe, replace the milk and yoger with one can of coconut milk.

Instructions:

    • Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
    • If desired, add whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon
