What is bioimpedance?
During the scan, iTOVi passes small electrical currents through the skin to measure the body’s resistance. The iTOVi sends hundreds of frequencies to the body, one at a time. The body has a unique reaction to each of these frequencies. As the body reacts to the electrical current flow, iTOVi measures these reactions.

How long does a scan take?
The scan should complete in 1-2 minutes or less.

How often should I scan?
Those looking for supplement recommendations should scan once a month. 

Is the iTOVi scanner FDA approved?
The iTOVi scanner does not need to be FDA approved. Only medical devices require approval and the iTOVi scanner is not a medical device. The iTOVi scanner does not help cure any sickness, disease or medical condition. The iTOVi scanner system is NOT designed to diagnose or treat any disease or condition.
